Abstract
TTbar is a solvable irrelevant deformation that leads to interesting properties such as nonlocality. When applied to a CFT, the effects of TTbar can be studied via cutoff and glue-on holography. In this talk, we will first introduce the glue-on geometry, which reveals many interesting features of TTbar deformed CFTs that were previously inaccessible through cutoff holography. We then introduce a systematic study of the extremal surfaces in glue-on AdS, following the Ryu-Takayanagi formula. The glue-on RT proposal is able to detect features of the TTbar deformation, such as the emergence of a minimal length scale. This talk is based on 2303.04836 and 2311.04883.
