The Strategic Development Committee is a specialized working body established for BIMSA. The committee is composed of representatives of the Beijing Municipal Government, the Municipal Science and Technology Commission, the Municipal Finance Bureau, the Huairou District Government, the chairman and President of BIMSA, and the representatives of Tsinghua University. The committee is mainly responsible for studying the long-term development strategy of BIMSA and coordinating the major issues and support policies of BIMSA.
