Abstract
I will discuss a construction of solutions to the tetrahedron equation using a certain class of state integral models on shaped triangulations of 3-manifolds, including the edge formulation of Teichmüller TQFT. This talk is partly based on joint work with Xiaoyue Sun, Rei Inoue, Atsuo Kuniba, Yuji Terashima, Myungbo Shim and Hao Wang.
