Abstract
自然向量法作为一种对生物大分子序列(包括核酸序列和蛋白质序列)进行无比对分析的有力工具,其呈现遗传物质序列特征的能力已经得到了广泛验证,但是,自然向量法的生物学含义,包括其向量维度的遗传学含义和凸包的进化遗传学含义,仍然有待进一步深化。事实上,对于各类无比对方法从序列中提取或呈现的序列的定量特征,其生物学意义不明确的问题是普遍存在的。这一问题对这类序列分析方法的进一步推广和深化的瓶颈限制已经日益显著。这里我们提出一种可能的基于遗传学的框架,用某种广义的遗传座位(locus)和广义的等位基因状态(allele state)来建立自然向量法的遗传学框架,并提出了几种这个框架的潜在生物学应用,尤其关注了基于这个框架对数量遗传学中的复杂性状进行类似全基因组关联分析(GWAS)的表型关联作图的可能性。
