Abstract
本报告介绍近年来发展的异质性干细胞增殖的数学模型框架,通过所建立的数学框架描述考虑到细胞的异质性和可塑性的一定动力学方程。根据所建立的方程确立了细胞的增殖分化能力作为描述细胞增殖动力学的关键系数,并提出细胞的动力学型(kinetotype)的概念。同时,介绍从单细胞组学数据出发建立细胞的动力学型的一般性思路。希望能够通过本报告对与干细胞增殖过程相关的生物学过程的数学建模提供一种新的思路,同时提出相关的数学问题并进行讨论。
Speaker Intro
雷锦志,天津工业大学数学科学学院、应用数学中心教授,博士生导师,天津市特聘教授。中国工业与应用数学学会数学生命科学专业委员会副主任、运筹学会计算系统生物学分会常务理事、数学学会生物数学专业委员会委员,长期从事计算生物学、生物信息学、动力系统等领域的研究工作。到目前共发表SCI论文70余篇,出版了专著两本,主持国家自然科学基金项目四项。
