Abstract
In this talk, I will provide an overview of the interaction between the theory of integrable spin chains and modern enumerative geometry. In particular, I will describe the identification of Bethe subalgebras of quantum groups with the quantum equivariant K-theory rings of quiver varieties. If time permits, I will also discuss more advanced aspects of this correspondence, including quantum difference equations and three-dimensional mirror symmetry.
