Abstract
The precise WKB analysis based on the wave function in the Schrodinger equation is a well-known method for studying the non-perturbation aspects of quantum mechanical systems. In this talk, we will review the exact WKB method and the related techniques, including Borel resummation, Stokes curves, normalization of WKB solutions and monodromy matrices. Finally, we show how the Borel-resummed WKB solutions yield monodromy matrices for second-order Fuchsian equations by transporting solutions along closed contours. This talk refers to Takashi Aoki’s lecture notes and part I of Kohei Iwaki’s Les Houches Lectures on Exact WKB Method and Painleve Equations.
