Abstract
Recent advances in derived algebraic geometry (DAG) have enabled the extension of Grothendieck’s theory of Grassmannians of sheaves to the broader setting of complexes. This perspective leads to various new results, including, in particular, a unified formula for the derived categories of Grassmannians of two-term perfect complexes of positive rank.

In this talk, I will explore the representation-theoretic structures underlying this formula. As an application, I will address a question posed by Vafa–Witten concerning the representation-theoretic interpretation of the blowup formula for instanton moduli spaces. This talk is based on joint work with Weiping Li and Yu Zhao.
