Abstract
Few weeks ago, we have learned universal cell embedding, a scRNA seq data embedding method developed by J. Leskovec et al. By considering RNA expression as the weight of the protein embedding sequence corresponding to each gene, the authors transformed a cell into a pocket containing various protein embedding sequences. Similarly, we can consider the expression of genes as the weights of the natural vectors corresponding to each gene, and thus it will be possible to apply the convex hull method to scRNA seq data.
