Abstract
This week, I will report some progress on the project of exon and intron discrimination. Using wavelet transform as a filter, we can apply Fourier transform to discover the period-3 property in the coding sequences.However, some SNR plots of our data set show that wavelet transform sometimes does not perform well, which is worthy to explore.
