Abstract
Almost all human diseases contain genetic regulatory mechanisms. It is now recognized that the full range of transmission patterns of genetic information from DNA to mRNA to proteins to metabolites to pathogenesis conform to stereometric principles and are regulated by complex network-driven dynamic processes. The construction of implicit multiscale networks can resolve pathogenic network processes, predict their time course, distinguish between central and boundary factors, and further localize the origin of each factor, thus sketching the entire molecular mechanism controlling the pathogenic process. In this report, I will introduce a material on this issue, explaining its general idea.
