Abstract
The four main taxonomies of SARS-CoV-2 have been proposed previously: GISAID clades, Pango lineages, WHO labels, and Nextstrain systems. I will introduce them in detail, then show the geometry of COVID-19, and prove that the convex hull principle works. In order to determine the natural metric describing the distance between SARS-CoV-2 genomes, I will display the nearest neighbor classification results based on GISAID clades.
