Topics on AI for Management
AI is reshaping management theory and practice, augmenting the management research toolbox as well as transforming corporate operations. This course not only introduce AI's transformative impact on management theories, including strategic management, human resources, and entrepreneurship, to help students understand the latest theoretical developments, but also demonstrates its practical applications through cases, including competitor identification, employee recruitment and management, job design, and business model transformation etc. Ultimately, this course aims to help you build AI-enabled management thinking.

Lecturer Intro
Yajuan Wang is a postdoctoral researcher in Strategic Management at the School of Management, Fudan University, and an intern at BIMSA. She earned her Ph.D. in Strategic Management from Shanghai University of Finance and Economics. Her research interests span strategic management, human resources, and finance, with a focus on dynamic competition, corporate innovation, top management teams (TMT), talent resource development, venture capital and portfolio investment.
