Abstract
Since 1999 stimulated by our study of robustness and efficiency of phage lambda gene switch in systems biology a new dynamical framework for non-equilibrium processes has emerged, which may be named evolution mechanics. It appears to be a direct but natural quantification of what found by Darwin and Wallace in 1858, which had resisted similar efforts of generations of theoretical scientists and applied mathematicians. Evolution mechanics is powerful. For example, it is very likely a key ingredient to explain AI. I will discuss this development, stress a few mathematical issues, such as dynamical structure decomposition and a new type of stochastic integration - Ao process.
