Abstract
The unitary dual of real reductive groups is fundamental in representation theory and plays a crucial role in the Langlands program. In this talk, I will introduce the unitary dual problem for real reductive groups, discussing the known results and conjectures. Then I will present some new progress related to classical groups, specifically for the complex spin groups and unitary groups. Finally, I will give an application on the Shimura correspondence. This is based on joint work with Wan-Yu,Tsai and Kayue Daniel Wong.
