Abstract
This report introduces a framework using Network Models to overcome the challenges of complex Electronic Health Records (EHRs), characterized by large scale, sparsity, and missing values, for enhanced clinical prediction and decision support.
The framework's core is a Causal Bayesian Network (CBN) pipeline featuring key methodological innovations: a distributed structure network learning algorithm for large-scale data, a robust parameter learning method for sparse data, and an uncertainty inference mechanism to disease risk prediction with missing information.
Furthermore, we will discuss evolutionary game theory model for advanced clinical decision support.
