Abstract
We study the relations between rigid G-local systems on curves in the de Rham, p-adic, and l-adic settings. We will investigate examples of such objects constructed by geometric Langlands. As applications, we confirm some conjectures in the positive characteristic, such as the physical rigidity of Kloosterman sheaves for reductive groups and properties of the Langlands parameters of certain supercuspidal representations. This is based on joint work with Daxin Xu.
