Abstract
The notion of a stability condition on a triangulated category was introduced by Bridgeland. It is expected that stability conditions appear in various areas of mathematics and connect them. However, for a given triangulated category, the existence of a stability condition is not trivial. If a triangulated category admits an algebraic heart, then one can construct a stability condition on the algebraic heart. It is natural to ask which stability conditions can be described by algebraic hearts. In this talk, I will give an answer to this question in the case of the derived category of an acyclic quiver. This is joint work with Dongjian Wu.
