Abstract
The rapid expansion of medical imaging data has posed significant challenges to clinical diagnosis while simultaneously highlighting the potential of deep learning methods, which excel in big data mining and analysis. In recent years, artificial intelligence techniques have shown remarkable capabilities in medical image-assisted diagnosis research. This report aims to systematically review deep learning approaches applied to CT, MRI, and pathological images. Drawing on the research experience of the presenter's team in medical image processing and analysis, the report will cover key research areas, including lesion segmentation, classification, and prediction. These advanced methods not only enhance diagnostic accuracy and efficiency but also provide robust technical support for the development of intelligent analysis and auxiliary diagnosis systems in medical imaging.
