Abstract
This talk begins by focusing on DeepMind’s recent work in modeling the body and brain of the fruit fly. By integrating AI-driven neural network simulations with detailed anatomical and physical models, this research introduces a novel approach to understanding brain-body interactions and the neural mechanisms underlying behavior. We will then explore the broader implications of this scientific roadmap within the context of AI4Science and AGI. By examining both the specific case of fly simulation and the larger AI-driven scientific revolution, we will emphasize how AI is driving the next wave of scientific advancements.
