Abstract
In this talk, I will recall the definition of Brauer-Manin obstruction. And I will discuss about some properties of the quaternion algebras. Then I will use these properties to compute the Brauer-Manin obstruction of one explicit family of Del Pezzo surfaces of degree 4.
