        Lecturer Intro
                
                                                        Meng Cao, male, from Lu'an, Anhui. He obtained his Ph.D. from the Department of Mathematical Sciences at Tsinghua University in 2020. Later, he conducted postdoctoral research at the Yau Mathematical Sciences Center (YMSC) at Tsinghua University. Since December 2022, he has been an Assistant Professor at the Beijing Institute of Mathematical Sciences and Applications (BIMSA). His primary research areas are algebraic coding theory and quantum information theory. As the sole author, the first author, or the corresponding author, he has published over ten academic papers in journals such as IEEE Transactions on Information Theory, Designs, Codes and Cryptography, Finite Fields and Their Applications, etc. Currently, he is the principal investigator of a National Natural Science Foundation of China (NSFC) project.
