Mini-Workshop:拓扑方法与数学机理驱动的蛋白质复合物功能预测
随着 AlphaFold 的出现,蛋白质单体结构预测迎来革命性突破。然而,在 超大规模多体蛋白复合物的建模与功能预测方面,传统方法在准确性、可解释性和可扩展性上仍存在重大挑战。本次 mini-workshop 将聚焦于 拓扑方法与数学机理驱动的预测框架,特别探讨如何将 GLMY同调理论 以及 Asymmetric Covariance Natural Vector (ACNV)、Energy Entropy Vector (EEV) 等数学工具与 AlphaFold 有机结合,提升复合物预测的可解释性,并推动靶向功能设计的发展。

主要议题:
  1. 研究现状与挑战—蛋白质复合物结构预测与功能设计的最新进展与未解难题
  2. 拓扑方法的应用—GLMY同调及相关拓扑工具在复合物建模中的潜力
  3. 数学机理与AI融合—ACNV与EEV的理论基础及其与AlphaFold的结合策略

目标:通过跨学科交流,推动拓扑方法与人工智能模型的深度融合,探索从结构预测到功能设计的新范式,为药物发现、抗体设计与合成生物学提供新的理论与方法支撑。
