Frontiers in Image Processing and Computer Vision
This course provides an in-depth exploration of cutting-edge research in image processing and computer vision. Instead of focusing solely on classical methods, we emphasize recent advances and breakthrough papers that are shaping the future of the field. We will present and analyze several selected papers in each class. Students will engage in reading and discussing influential research articles, gaining both a solid understanding of modern techniques and the ability to critically analyze emerging trends. The course is designed for students and researchers interested in developing a strong foundation for innovative work in vision-related applications, from low-level image enhancement to high-level semantic understanding.
