In this talk, I will discuss some applications of elliptic curves in cryptography, with a particular focus on SQIsign, a post-quantum digital signature scheme based on isogenies between supersingular elliptic curves. SQIsign is among the candidates selected for the third round of NIST's post-quantum digital signature standardization process and remains unbroken to date.
