摘要
We present a new approach to the construction of a general solution of the Yang–Baxter equation associated with a supersymmetry algebra of the type $A_{n|m}$. To be more explicit, we consider the $SL(2|1)$ $R$-matrix acting on the tensor product of Verma modules. Instead of solving the Yang–Baxter equation directly, the $R$-matrix is constructed from elementary intertwining operators. These intertwiners arise from the geometry of the flag supervarieties and naturally replicate the structure of the Weyl groupoid. Based on the joint work with Sergey Derkachov.
