摘要
The Swampland program aims to distinguish low-energy effective field theories that can arise from a consistent theory of quantum gravity from those that cannot. In this talk, I will present an overview of the main Swampland conjectures and discuss their implications for particle physics and cosmology. In particular, I will focus on how these conjectures constrain scalar field models, effective potentials, and physics beyond the Standard Model. Special attention will be given to their impact on inflation, dark energy, and dark matter motivated scenarios, where light scalar fields often play a central role. I will also explain how the de Sitter conjecture and related criteria may challenge conventional cosmological model building while opening new perspectives for connecting quantum gravity with observable physics. The aim of this presentation is to provide a concise introduction to the Swampland framework and to highlight its relevance as a bridge between high-energy theory, particle phenomenology, and modern cosmology.
