摘要
I will describe the recently developed Functional Separation of Variables (FSoV) technique for computing correlation functions in integrable systems. Unlike the various incarnations of the Bethe ansatz this approach allows to extract correlation functions directly from the famous Baxter TQ equation. As such it is applicable even without the presence of a pseudovacuum. I will demonstrate the power of this approach on the example of the integrable spin chains coming from the Yangian of $gl(n)$.
