A new vector for representing proteins related to phosphorylation process

摘要
To represent proteins related to phosphorylation: kinases, phosphatase, phosphoprotein-binding domain, I have tried several vectors, such as natural vectors with different order moments. The clustering/classification results are not unsatisfactory. The KNN result of phosphatase dataset is only 0.8576. Then I considered physicochemical properties of 20 amino acids and added these to our natural vectors. I will report the method and its results in this seminar.
