The fundamental evolutionary theory of polygenic trait
With The mathematical theory of the evolution of complex traits as the clue, the final concern is the synthesis of palaeobiology theory and genetics theory, and the core contents of population genetics and quantitative genetics are connected around the evolutionary theory. Emphasis is placed on the introduction and lecture of mathematical content in population and quantitative genetics. This course is the lead course of "The evolutionary theory of polygenic trait - I".
本课程是一门讲授多基因性状的自然选择与长期演化理论的课程的初阶部分。课程总体以复杂性状的演化的数学理论为线索,以进化论中古生物学理论和遗传学理论的大综合为最终关切(这是未来进化生物学的某种方向和趋势)。在本部分中,围绕进化理论串联种群遗传学和数量遗传学核心内容,尤其注重对种群和数量遗传学中数学内容的介绍和串讲。本课程是"The evolutionary theory of polygenic trait - I"的先导课程。
