摘要
The black hole microstates and the related problems such as Hawking radiation and information paradox are central problems in theoretical physics. Although there is some recent progress based on the so-called island formula, the physical meaning of islands still needs to be clarified. For rotating Kerr black holes, a near-horizon conformal symmetry can be constructed. Inspired by this result, we can study the long-standing problems of black holes based on a more field-theoretic approach, which allows us to compute the Hawking radiation rate for a non-extremal Kerr black hole, and, consequently, the entanglement entropy between a Kerr black hole and its radiated Hawking quanta. In particular, we can compute the Page curve of a Kerr black hole during its evaporation process. By carefully analyzing the spacetime structure of Kerr black holes, we propose a new resolution to the information paradox for Kerr black holes. In this talk, we will discuss these aspects in detail, and this talk is based on a paper to appear soon.
