摘要
The Dirac equation was originally introduced as a relativistic counterpart to the Schrödinger equation, serving as a cornerstone in the development of quantum field theory. Beyond its quantum origins, the equation has become a powerful tool in differential geometry and general relativity. After introducing spinors, I will discuss both classical and modern applications in general relativity, including some results on pp-waves and Siklos waves. If time permits, I will discuss connections to spacetime inverse mean curvature flow.
