摘要

We will show Grillakis-Shatah-Strauss's classical results based on their work(JFA, 1987) , to explain that the existence of the negative eigenvalue for the linearized operator is not conflict with orbital stability. Furthermore, we will list several typical examples for which Shatah's method can be used directly, like $|u|^{p-1}u$, etc.
