摘要

I will begin by describing a collection of functions, called spectral coordinates, that were used in the work of Gaiotto, Moore, and Neitzke to describe the hyperkähler metric on the moduli space of Higgs bundles on a Riemann surface. I will then describe my work proving some conjectured asymptotic properties of these spectral coordinates.
