摘要

I will discuss two tools for computing homotopy groups of a space: Goodwillie and Adams spectral sequences. The first one is more fundamental, however less known and less understood. Vice versa, the second one is less fundamental, but far more investigated. I will also talk about how these two spectral sequences interact with each other.
