摘要

This week I will give a review on a paper “Molecular Docking, Synthesis and In-vitro antimicrobial evaluation of Some 2-(4-oxo-2-Aryl-3-(4-sulfamoylphenyl)thiazolidin-5-yl) acetic acids” submitted to SCI journal Current Computer-Aided Drug Design. Also, I will give a report on some progresses in looking for potential GPCR sequence by applying convex hull method which include the result of using high order moment natural vector and the literature research of some protein sequences that lies inside the convex hull generated by known GPCRs.
