摘要
An overview of flux balance is given with a focus on black hole binaries of very large mass ratio. A presentation is then given for a flux balance derivation, the relation between locally defined charges and asymptotic amplitudes, for asymmetric binaries in first and second order perturbation theory. The derivation is generic and applies for an arbitrary background spacetime and for fluxes due to an arbitrary stress-energy distribution (smooth stress-energy sources or point particles). Using a Green's function approach, we obtain expressions for the total change of the conserved charges, energy and angular momentum, in terms of asymptotic amplitudes of the physical field.
