Recent developments in three-dimensional gravity I
Three-dimensional gravity provides a tractable setting in which questions about the quantum nature of black holes and the structure of holography can be addressed exactly. This course surveys recent developments in the subject, including the holographic dictionary, ensemble interpretations of the gravitational path integral, and conformal bootstrap methods.

讲师介绍
I'm an assistant professor at the Beijing Institute of Mathematical Sciences and Applications. I obtained my Ph.D. in physics from New York University, and held postdoctoral positions at Stockholm University, Tsinghua University, and the University of Amsterdam. I work on quantum gravity, conformal field theory, and their relationship via the AdS/CFT correspondence.
