本次讲座将从专利审查员、企业专利工程师和律师的不同工作视角出发，介绍专利实质审查的运作流程，分享专利申请与代理过程中的常见问题及应对经验。在此基础上，结合实务观察，讨论专利审查如何影响企业的专利申请与布局，以及这些实践经验能为理解专利制度与创新的关系提供哪些启发。
This seminar will offer an inside look at substantive patent examination from the perspectives of examiners, in-house patent engineers, and lawyers. It will discuss common challenges in the patent application process and practical ways to address them. It will also explore how patent examination shapes firms’ filing strategies and innovation directions, offering a practitioner’s perspective on the relationship between patent protection and innovation.

About the Speaker
龚珂，中国石油大学（北京）海洋油气工程硕士，现为某精品律师事务所律师、专利代理师。主要从事专利非诉法律事务，在专利审查、申请、无效及咨询方面拥有丰富经验，业务领域涵盖智能制造、医疗器械及通用机械等。曾从事机械领域专利实质审查工作五年，后在深圳一家新能源汽车企业担任高级专利工程师，负责专利挖掘、布局及诉讼支持等工作。
Gong Ke holds a master’s degree in Offshore Oil and Gas Engineering from China University of Petroleum (Beijing). He is now a lawyer and patent attorney at a law firm. Gong’s practice focuses on non-contentious patent matters, including patent application, invalidation proceedings, and advisory services, across fields such as smart manufacturing, medical devices, and general machinery. Gong brings five years of experience in substantive patent examination in mechanical engineering and previously served as a senior patent engineer at a new energy vehicle company in Shenzhen.
