AI and Entrepreneurship
Artificial intelligence is not only a technological revolution but also a fundamental shift in entrepreneurial logic and mindset. In an increasingly uncertain environment, understanding how to leverage AI to create sustainable commercial value has become a critical question in entrepreneurial practice.
This course is designed to help students with backgrounds in science and engineering develop a business-oriented mindset. It emphasizes the translation between "technical language" and "business language," as well as the process of transforming laboratory technologies into commercially viable products.
The course covers a range of topics, including identifying entrepreneurial opportunities, team building, resource integration, business model design, strategic patenting of algorithms, project incubation, and financing strategies. It focuses on both technology-driven innovation in AI and AI-enabled model innovation.
