Answers to common questions about applying for the Visiting Scholars Program.

  • Can I apply more than once to the program?

    Yes. There is no limit on the number of times an applicant may apply.

  • Can I stay for more than two weeks?

    The grant covers two weeks of accommodation expenses. If the participant wishes to stay longer, they will need to write a document explaining why they are requesting more time, and their expenses outside the two weeks will be the applicant's responsibility.

  • Will I get support to apply for a visa if I need one?

    We will not cover visa-related fees, but we will provide applicants with an invitation letter and any other required documents for the visa process.
