- Restaurants and Shopping: many good restaurants are located in the Wanda Plaza shopping center. There is also a nice supermarket in the basement floor. A slightly better supermarket is in Jingbei Big World Plaza across the street from Wanda Plaza
- Hospital and medical emergencies: if you have medical questions, please contact BIMSA staff or one of the organizers
- Laundry facilities: There are washing machines at the Shanshui Trends hotel and room laundry service at the Swan Lakeview hotel
